Volcanic eruption in New Zealand.

On Monday at 2:15 p.m. local time, New Zealand’s most active volcano erupted sending clouds of smoke and volcanic ashes to the sky covering the White island where the volcano was located. There has been one confirmed death and is likely to increase according to the authorities.

More than 50 people were present at the island during the explosion some were rescued immediately while for the others search continues.  Emergency services are conducting search and rescue operations at the island. Most of the injured are suffering from burns. Among the people on the island only 25 have been rescued as the eruption has made it difficult for the authorities to do search and rescue operation.
